Grächen Futura is a redevelopment project for the sports centre in Grächen, comprising an indoor leisure centre with play area, fitness and wellness facilities over approximately 800 m², surrounded by six wooden holiday houses-apartments (2.5, 3.5 and 4.5 rooms) as well as a building of primary residences. The project was approved by the population of Grächen on 23 October 2022, and the partial revision of the zoning plan was subsequently accepted on 13 December 2023.
