The project
On the former Settelen site in Basel, in the Iselin district, a new residential quarter is taking shape, combining historic and contemporary architecture around two inner courtyards. A first phase, the "Gartenhof", provides three four-storey buildings with apartments of 1.5 to 4.5 rooms as well as a few studios, while the historic "Kuppelhof", a listed monument, will be preserved. The project, designed by the firm Diener & Diener, began construction in January 2026.
