The MEINEN Areal is a new residential and commercial district in the heart of the Bern district of Mattenhof, comprising two building complexes, «MEINEN Nord» and «MEINEN Süd», with a total of 185 apartments of 1.5 to 5.5 rooms in four typologies (Classic, Urban, Split-Level, Comfort). The project also includes around 2,000 m² of commercial space along Brunnmatt- and Schwarztorstrasse, as well as shared green spaces, a roof terrace and meeting areas. The first phase (Nord) is ready for occupancy from July 2026, the second phase (Süd) from April 2027.
