The “Letziterrassen” form a new urban project in the Zurich district of Altstetten, at Hohlstrasse 457, comprising around 140 rental apartments, nearly 200 hotel rooms and commercial spaces on the ground floor, complemented by a terrace accessible to the public. The 60-metre-high, 18-storey building is designed by the firm Herzog & de Meuron on behalf of the pension fund CPV/CAP Pensionskasse Coop, with certification targeted at the Gold level of the Swiss Standard for Sustainable Construction (SNBS). A footbridge will connect the public garden terrace on the first floor directly to the Letzipark shopping centre.
