In the heart of the Limmat Valley, 15 minutes by S-Bahn from Zurich main station, the SBB is developing a new district directly at Dietikon station, combining mobility, housing and an attractive environment over approximately 12'500 m². The project is divided into four construction sectors combining housing, offices, shops and public spaces, with around one third of the homes planned in the affordable segment. Commissioning of the district is envisaged around 2031, after a construction phase beginning in 2027.
