Perron Vert is a new mixed-use neighbourhood under construction on the former Mosterei site, directly at Egnach railway station (Thurgau), with rental and condominium apartments, offices, workshops, shops, a care centre, and housing for seniors. The project is developed by Mettler2Invest and the Abendrot Foundation together with two other investors, in collaboration with the architectural firm Baumschlager Eberle, and is being realised in several stages around a shared village square. The first buildings (Mostereiplatz 4 and 20) were handed over in 2026, while the renovation of the former Gasthof Sternen is due to be completed in summer 2027.
