Domus Lusanigh is a multi-purpose complex of three buildings in Carasso (Bellinzona), combining rental apartments of 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, commercial spaces (pharmacy, medical practice, bar and grocery store) and a bike e-hotel. Designed according to the Design for All approach and pre-certified Minergie P, it is intended to be an inclusive neighbourhood centre with a social concierge and a rehabilitation centre.
