The Höfenmatt project, located on the southern edge of the village of Steinhausen (ZG), comprises 16 owner-occupied apartments of 2.5 to 5.5 rooms and 36 rental apartments of 1.5 to 5.5 rooms, spread across six buildings. The site is away from urban bustle yet only a few minutes from Zug station and a motorway access, with an unobstructed view over the countryside and the surrounding mountains. The rental apartments were available from winter 2017/18.
