Les Charmilles mixed-use development in Geneva, comprising two rental buildings with 156 apartments and a 11,000 m² building of workshop and artisanal spaces, with shops on the ground floor. Designed by Favre+Guth, the construction site reused a large share of the materials from the former structures.
