Chriesimatt is an urban development of nine buildings in Baar, between Zug and Zurich, comprising 72 rental apartments and 45 floor plan types. Designed by the architects Graber Pulver, it opens onto the fields and is surrounded by a landscaped garden by Guido Hager. The first phase, awarded the Clou rouge in 2009, is fully rented.
