The project
Chesa Lumina brings together two new-build projects in Klosters: a building with eight primary residences at Höfjiweg 9, and at Gäuggeliweg 22 and 24 a building with primary and secondary residences as well as an individual chalet. The projects place light, large windows and carefully selected materials at the heart of a contemporary alpine architecture. Construction began in April 2026, with handover of keys planned for December 2027.
