Aarenau 6 is a project of five residential buildings with a total of 40 apartments and an underground garage, built by the Ortsbürgergemeinde Aarau (local citizens' municipality) in the new Aarenau district, between the Aare river and the southern foot of the Jura. The timber facades come from the forest of the Ortsbürgergemeinde Aarau, and move-in was scheduled from spring 2025. All apartments are now rented out, and a waiting list is available for interested persons.
