Mountain Restaurant and 5 Hotel Rooms in Grindelwald BE

For professionalspro

Change of use in Grindelwald: staff rooms will become mixed-use rooms for hotel guests and staff, with 5 guest rooms (10 guest beds). The public restaurant with alcohol service keeps its 270 indoor and 240 terrace seats unchanged; for trade professionals this mainly means interior fit-out work (plumbing, electrics, heating, finishes). The application has been filed but is not yet approved, and the site is in an agricultural zone.
