Bellinzona, Ticino
The project
B.Village is a new residential complex in Bellinzona that reinterprets the traditional case di ringhiera (houses with access galleries) in a modern and sustainable way. It comprises the Casa di Ringhiera, a timber building with 48 apartments of 1.5 to 3.5 rooms, and the Torretta, in an urban style, with 19 apartments of 2.5 rooms. The two buildings are connected by a large shared green space with a playground, a boules pitch and vegetable gardens.
